Udaipur : Udaipur: Under the auspices of Vagad-Mewar Prajapati Samaj Sansthan, a meeting was organized at Prajapati Hostel Building regarding the preparations for the 22nd divisional level Prajapati Pratibha Samman Samaroh. Institute President Dungar Lal Prajapati presided over. In which Lakshminarayan Odan was the head of the function organizing committee, Bhagwan Lal Jhankhari was in-charge, Motilal Lakhawali was the deputy head, Shankarlal Divda was the treasurer, Narayan Baswari was the co-treasurer, Prabhulal was the secretary, Dal Chand Vitholi and Lakshmi Lal Sangwa were the special members, Rajendra Utharda and Ramchandra Lakdwas was given the responsibility of joint secretary. Other responsibilities of the organizing committee will be given in the upcoming meeting. Along with this, committees were formed for preparing merit list of mark sheets, verification, printing work, purchasing insignia, food arrangements etc.
A team of five education officers under the leadership of former Deputy Director of Education Narayan Lal Lakhawali will conduct the merit verification. A 21-member volunteer team was formed to arrange the event. The responsibility of communicating information to the administration and monitoring the program will be of Rashtriya Kumhar Mahasabha President and Institute Executive President Modilal Sembara. In the meeting, an appeal was made to all the Chaukhala Presidents to celebrate the upcoming Shriyade Jayanti with pomp and show by lighting lamps in the temples and houses of twenty-two Chaukhalas. The upcoming preparatory meeting will be held in Amritiya on 15th December. Sohanlal Bedla said that only the mark sheets received till December 15 can be included in the merit list.
