Udaipur: The sword hangs again on the payment of SFAB employees, financial approval not issued.

Udaipur : Udaipur The salary payment of employees employed under the self-financed scheme in Mohanlal Sukhadia University may once again get stuck. The reason is that the financial approval for their work in the month of November has not been issued yet. As per rules, employees cannot be employed without financial approval. But for the last several months, the situation has been such that the employees are being made to work without orders and their payments are released after strikes and protests.

Recently also, after the strike of the employees from 16th August to 6th September, payment for the month of August was made and administrative approval for the month of December was also issued. But financial approval was given only till October. In such a situation, there is a possibility that the salary payment of 327 employees engaged in the SFAB (Self-Financed Advisory Board) scheme for the months of November and December will again get stuck. Recently, when officials of the employees’ organization met Finance Controller Seema Yadav in this matter, she refused to issue financial approval. However, the employees later appealed to the Vice Chancellor Prof. Also met Sunita Mishra. Who assured payment.

Still confused about employee services: There is still confusion regarding the future of the employees employed by SFAB in the university. The state government had earlier given instructions to recruit employees under RTPP Rules 2013. But these rules could not be implemented in the university. Recently, during the strike, the employees had demanded their appointment under Rajasthan Contractual Hiring to Civil Post Rules-2022. The university administration has not yet been able to decide under what rules the employees will be recruited. Recently, the state government also sought comments from the university, but no response was given by the university.
