Udaipur urban roads will be strengthened, Rs 5.20 crore approved

Udaipur : Udaipur State Government is going to strengthen roads in urban areas. Under Budget Announcement 17.01 (Year 2024-25), Deputy Chief Minister Diya Kumari has issued administrative and financial approvals worth a total of Rs 18077.76 lakh for 728 works related to roads in 158 municipal bodies of the state. Works worth Rs 5.20 crore will be done for 7 municipalities of Udaipur district.

Rs 100 lakh each have been approved for the municipalities of Fatehnagar, Kanod, Bhinder and Rishabhdev, while Rs 40 lakh each have been approved for the newly formed municipalities Kherwada, Vallabhnagar and Mavli. 12 works are proposed in these municipalities. In the division, Rs 200 lakh has been sanctioned for Chittorgarh Municipal Council, Rs 100 lakh each for Nimbahera, Rawatbhata, Badi Sadri, Kapasan and Begun and Rs 40 lakh for the newly formed municipality Akola. Rs 200 lakh has been sanctioned for Rajsamand Municipal Council, Rs 100 lakh each for Nathdwara, Amet, Devgarh Municipal Corporations and Rs 40 lakh for the newly formed Bhim Municipality. Rs 200 lakh has been sanctioned for Banswara Municipal Council, Rs 100 lakh for Kushalgarh and Partapur-Garhi Municipal Corporation. -100 lakh, 200 lakh for Pratapgarh Municipal Council, Municipality Chhoti Sadri and Dhariyavad. Rs 100 lakh each and Rs 40 lakh have been sanctioned for the newly formed municipality Dalot.
