Udaipur : Udaipur: To resolve the problems of the common people, three-tier public hearing is conducted every month by the administration. On the first Thursday of the month, Gram Panchayat level public hearing was organized at all the Gram Panchayat offices in the district. Gram Panchayat level public hearing was held under the chairmanship of District Collector Jasmeet Singh Sandhu in Gram Panchayat Balicha of Panchayat Samiti Lasadia. The Collector personally heard the problems of all the complainants and ordered the concerned department to resolve the complaints as per the rules within the given time limit. While talking to the villagers, the Collector said that the aim of the administration is to come to the villagers’ place to listen to their problems and solve them. Many complaints came in the public hearing. In which, after listening to the complaints related to electricity, water, converting English medium school into Hindi medium and other basic facilities, instructions were given to resolve them. Here, Collector Jasmeet Singh Sandhu, who was recently awarded the National Award by President Draupadi Murmu, was welcomed by local Sarpanch Shravan Kumar Meena by wearing a turban and garland. During this, Tehsildar Ramjilal Gurjar, Development Officer Mangusingh Meena, CBEO Fulchand Meena and other officers and personnel were present.
Pratapgarh. A public hearing was organized on the first Thursday in 35 gram panchayats under Panchayat Committee Pratapgarh. In this, Gram Panchayat Basad was connected to the state level through video conferencing. In which Subdivision Officer Manilal Tirgar, Development Officer Mamraj Meena, Tehsildar Ujjwal Jain, Sarpanch Samrath Meena, Progress Extension Officer Dinesh Kumar Verma, Panchayat Samiti officers, personnel, Village Development Officer Kiran Mundania were present.
