UIT will tender Rs 30 crore to please Alwar government

Alwar News Desk: To please the government, Alwar Municipal Development Trust (UIT) is going to float tender for works worth more than Rs 30 crore on December 15. The government is completing one year today. These proposals were passed several days ago. The government wants to send a message to the public by collecting the works of the entire state together so that this work is visible to everyone. This was the reason why these works were stopped.

This route will be widened: The weight of vehicles from Agrasen Chowk to 200 feet road T point has increased by 40 percent in 5 years. The four lane is becoming smaller. In view of this, UIT is going to make this route 6 lanes. If this road of about two kilometers is built, the beauty of the city will also increase. Apart from footpaths, there is also a possibility of making cycle tracks here.

This work has started

The work of widening the road from Kali Mori to Bhawani Top via Shantikunj has started. This long road of about 2 km is currently two-lane, it will be widened to 4 lanes. There will be a divider in the middle. Road lights will be installed in it. A senior engineer of UIT said that to celebrate the completion of one year of the government, tenders for many works will be floated on the same day.

Paving and interlocking work will be done on the link road from 200 feet road T point to Safia Hospital via Khudanpuri.

Renovation of OPD of General Hospital will cost Rs 70 lakh. The health department will give the money.

3 Baby Care Centers will be built at different places.

Construction of big drain near ROB on both sides of Mathura railway line. Till now this drain was raw.

Greenery will grow on the vacant UIT land at the corner of Telco intersection. Will be made attractive.
