When the buyer started the work by taking the plot, the Housing Board officials stopped the work on the grounds of illegal construction. The buyer has been making rounds of the Housing Board for a year, but neither the plot is being given at any other place nor the money has been returned. In this case, a file has also been filed for giving the plot at another place, but till now no relief has been given.
