Jalore : To provide better medical facilities in Bhinmal assembly, the government announced to build an upazila hospital in Bhinmal in Budget-2024. Under this, land has been allotted for the Sub District Hospital near the Government College located on Raniwada Road of the city. After the allotment of land, the exercise for the construction of the building of the sub-district hospital will soon begin at the administrative level.
Allotment of 2.50 hectares of land
City A proposal was sent by the Medical Department to the District Collector for allotment of 2.85 hectares of land for the Sub District Hospital near. On which, after the proposal received from the Revenue Department, the District Collector allotted 2.13 hectares of Khasra No. 3973 and 0.37 hectares of Khasra No. 3974, a total of 2.50 hectares of land near the Government College for the Sub District Hospital. Revenue officials say that after the allotment, the Revenue Department changed the name of the Medical Department.
When the previous government promoted, this government increased the status.
The Government Community Health Center in Bhinmal was waiting for promotion for many years. The previous Congress government upgraded the CHC from 75 bed capacity to 100 bed capacity in the last budget. In its very first budget, the BJP government, while giving a gift to the people of the area, increased the status of Community Health Center to Sub District Hospital. In such a situation, with the increase in status, people will also get better medical facilities in the hospital.
There will be an increase in both medical resources and staff
present CHC has a capacity of 100 beds. There are posts of 21 doctors, 44 nursing staff and 33 wardboys and other personnel. With the construction of a sub-district hospital, along with increase in bed capacity, the number of specialist doctors and personnel will also increase. Due to which patients will be able to get better treatment facilities here. With the upgradation of the hospital, the budget will also be available accordingly. Due to which the operation and working system of the hospital can be run smoothly. A proposal of 2.85 hectare land was received for the sub-district hospital, out of which 2.50 hectare land has been allotted. After allotment, transfer of name has also been registered in the name of the medical department.
