President Biden on Sunday announced a full and unconditional pardon against Hunter. Explaining the reason behind this, he said that he was targeted only because Hunter is his son. On this, retired IFS officer Ashok Sajjanhar has called it hypocrisy and double character of America.
Ashok Sajjanhar told IANS, “In my view, this reflects the hypocrisy and double standards of America. Earlier Joe Biden had said that he will not use his presidential power and will not use his presidential power against his son Hunter Biden who is accused of drugs and illegal weapons. There were allegations that he would not interfere in them. But now, when his party’s candidate has lost and there is a possibility that Trump’s government may come, he feels that now the new government will take action against his son.
