Jalore : District Collector Dr. Pradeep K. Gawande on Monday evening observed the ongoing preparations for various programs to be organized at Jalore Club at the district level to commemorate the completion of one year of the state government. He also gave necessary instructions to the officials regarding the programmes. Pradeep K. Gawande organized youth conference/youth festival, Panch Gaurav program and district level exhibition on 12 December at the district headquarters, Kisan Sammelan on 13 December, release of district development booklet and Sujas special issue, Antyodaya Seva Camp and women’s conference on 14 December and women’s conference on 15 and 17 December. While taking stock of the ongoing preparations for the live web casting program of the state level program on December, he gave necessary instructions to the officers present. On this occasion, Additional District Collector Rajesh Mewada, District Council Chief Executive Officer Nand Kishore Rajoura, City Council Commissioner Dilip Mathur and departmental officers and personnel were present.
Control room established in Collectorate
11 in the District Collectorate Helpline Room for preparations for the state level and district level functions to be organized from 12 to 17 December to mark the completion of one year of the tenure of the state government, smooth conduct of various programs and exchange of information. A round the clock control room has been set up continuously from 18th to 18th December. Naib Tehsildar Irfan Baig has been put in charge of the control room and Assistant Revenue Accounts Officer Praveen Kumar has been put in charge. Along with this, other employees have also been appointed.
