As Mother’s Day approaches, Vineet Kumar Chaudhary, renowned for his portrayal of Shanidev in the popular mythological show ‘Karmadhikari Shanidev,’ takes a moment to express his heartfelt sentiments towards the character of Chaaya. In a poignant reflection, Vineet shares his profound admiration for ‘Chaaya’ Shanidev’s mother portrayed by talented Suhashi Dhami, drawing parallels between the on-screen bond and his own cherished relationship with his real-life mother.
“Mothers hold an irreplaceable place in everyone’s life, and as Mother’s Day approaches, I seize this opportunity to express my love for my own mother,” says Vineet. “I have shared a close bond with my mother since childhood, and she has been my pillar of strength and support throughout the years. Just as all mothers possess an innate resilience, echoing through the ages and in our Hindu mythology, I am discovering lesser-known facets of Shanidev’s bond with his mother, Chaaya, through my portrayal of the character.”
In the show, Chaaya, portrayed by the talented co-star Suhashi Dhami, beautifully depicts the love and sacrifices she makes for Shanidev. Similarly, Shanidev goes to great lengths to give his mother the respect she deserves and fights for it “I share a similar bond with my real-life mother, and I can see the reflection of Mother Chaaya in my real mom, as I witnessed her making sacrifices for me and always supporting me, just like Mother Chaaya does for Shanidev. I’m happy that I get to play such a character that also reflects on my personal life in a positive way,” Vineet concludes.
