Jaisalmer : Jaisalmer: Voices of protest have started becoming vocal among the teachers class on the orders given regarding Apar ID generation work. State President of Rajasthan Teachers Association National, Ramesh Pushkarna has sent a letter to the Chief Minister, expressing his opposition to giving the work of Aadhaar mismatch amendment to teachers. General Secretary Mahendra Lakhara has informed about the problems being faced regarding Apar ID generation. District President Anopsingh Sonu said that in the name of generating Apar ID, pressure is being put on teachers by the officials of the Education Department to get Aadhaar cards and birth certificates of school children made and their corrections done. Rajasthan School Education Council, Jaipur has given instructions to complete the Apar ID generation work of all the children in the month of November itself and to complete the Apar ID generation work of the remaining children in the month of December 2024.
Impractical instructions have been issued to complete AAPAR ID of all children by the year 2024 itself, whereas the organization is of the opinion that AAPAR ID generation is possible only if the child’s Aadhaar card and school information matches. It is not appropriate to make teachers do the work of guardians of children. District Minister Kanwar Singh Hamira said that in the absence of Aadhaar, it is not at all justified to employ teachers in the work of making Aadhaar card and the birth certificate required for it. Chairman Sawai Singh Rathore said that instructions have been given to complete the work of generating AAPAR ID of all the students by 15th December. Women Minister Sarita Singh Yadav said that there are many problems like children not having Aadhaar and errors in Aadhaar, not having birth certificate, not being able to modify Aadhaar at Aadhaar Seva Kendra, not being able to create a new Aadhaar without any document. It is not appropriate to put all the above work on the teachers.
These are the demands made
●The use of teachers in the said work should be immediately banned.
●Pass instructions for making Aadhaar card on the basis of study certificate issued from school without birth certificate.
●A separate Bal Aadhar Seva Kendra should be made for school children.
●For upcoming children, birth certificate should be issued online directly from the Panchayat or Municipal Council along with the birth of the child in the hospital.
● Before the age of 3 years, efforts should be made to make Aadhaar card directly and print it from e-Mitra.
