This garden was built in 1728

This garden, named after the queen of Udaipur, Chandrakunwar Sisodia, was built by Sawai Jai Singh in 1728. This garden presents a unique example of love. Actually, Maharani Chandrakunwar Sisodia of Jaipur had a special love for nature. She often used to relax in the lap of nature in her free time. Seeing the queen’s special love for nature, King Sawai Jai Singh built this garden, which was named ‘Sisodia Rani Ka Bagh’. Let us tell you that this garden is not only a symbol of the love of the king and queen but also of Radha-Krishna.

The architecture is very attractive

Sisodia Rani Ka Bagh is the largest and most beautiful of all the gardens in Jaipur. Built amidst a circle of mountains, this garden has become a major tourist destination due to its beauty and structure. Lush green trees, flower beds and a beautiful Charbagh style add to the beauty of this garden. However, why not, the peak and pavilion of Sisodia Rani Ka Bagh are decorated with Hindu motifs and paintings of Krishna’s life. Built on Mughal architecture, this garden has been built in such a way that the entire garden is visible from the Rani’s palace.

Lord Shiva Temple
Temples dedicated to Lord Shiva, Lord Hanuman and Lord Vishnu have also been built in Sisodia Rani Ka Bagh. There is also a natural waterfall next to the temple, which flows during the rainy season. Many films including Lamhe-Dhadak have been shot in Sisodia Rani Ka Bagh. Let us tell you that Prince Madho Singh was born in this palace, who later became the king of Jaipur in 1750 AD.

The entry fee for Sisodia Rani Ka Bagh is Rs 55 per person for Indians, while for foreign tourists it is Rs 302 per person. For students studying here, the fee is just Rs 25. Not only this, entry is free for children below 7 years of age.
