Weather Update: Heavy rain alert for the coming days in Rajasthan, know the condition of your city

Rajasthan : Due to the monsoon trough line passing through southern Rajasthan, the rain in Sikar slowed down. In the last 24 hours, rain activity decreased in most areas. According to the Meteorological Department, a new low pressure area is expected to form in the Bay of Bengal from July 18. Due to which there may be heavy rain at some places in Sikar, Churu and Jhunjhunu districts.

The weather in Sikar was clear since Tuesday morning. After a little drizzle in the morning, there were chances of rain. Due to sunshine during the day, the maximum temperature increased by about two degrees. Due to high humidity, the weather was pleasant in the evening. The maximum temperature in Fatehpur was 39.5 degrees and the minimum temperature was 27 degrees and the maximum temperature in Sikar was 34.5 degrees and the minimum temperature was 25 degrees.

IMD gave alert

According to the Meteorological Department, due to the impact of the new low pressure area, monsoon will remain active in many places of eastern Rajasthan for the next 4-5 days and there is a possibility of heavy rain at some places in Kota, Udaipur divisions. There is a possibility of increase in rain activities on 17-18 July and very heavy rain at some places in Kota, Udaipur, Ajmer divisions. Rain activities are likely to continue in some parts of Jodhpur and Bikaner divisions in the coming days. There is a possibility of heavy rain at some places in Jodhpur division on 17th July and in Shekhawati region on 18th July.
