Jhalawar : There will be a buzz of marriages for eight days before Chaturmas in the entire district including the town. Preparations for this are going on in full swing. According to astrologer Pandit Narendra Kumar Sharma, marriage muhurats will now start from 3rd July. These muhurats will last for only 8 days i.e. till 15th July. Right now there is no marriage muhurat due to the setting of Jupiter and Venus. Among these, Jupiter rose on 2nd June. Whereas Venus rose on 29th June. After this, muhurats will start from 3rd July, which will last only for eight days. After this, there will be Devshayani Ekadashi on 17th July. Chaturmas will begin from this day.

After this, the muhurats will start from July 3, which will last only for eight days. After this, Devshayani Ekadashi will be on July 17. Chaturmas will begin from this day. Marriages are not performed during Chaturmas. This is the reason why the muhurats will again begin after four months on November 12 from Devuthani Ekadashi. Anyway, till the last month of this year, December, the wedding shehnai will play only for 25 days.

Pandit Sharma said that Venus is setting in the east on 23 April and Jupiter has been setting since 6 May. The last marriage muhurta in July will be on 15th. After this, Chaturmas will start from Devshayani Ekadashi on 17 July, which will end on Dev Uthani Ekadashi on 12 November. Pandit Sharma said that hundreds of couples will tie the knot in the 8-day muhurta in July in the town and the district. The reason is that there is no auspicious muhurta in May and June. After July, marriages will take place directly in November and December. The reason for no marriage muhurta in May and June is the setting of Jupiter and Venus. Astrologers say that marriages should be done only when these planets are setting. Booking of marriage gardens and hotels has already been done for marriages.
