Health Minister held a review meeting
In such a situation, Rajasthan’s Medical and Health Minister Gajendra Singh held a meeting with the officials of the Health Department to review the situation of seasonal diseases. In this meeting, he has given instructions to run a special OPD for diseases. Along with this, the leave of medical staff and doctors working in the state has been cancelled.
Alert issued regarding seasonal diseases
Health Minister Gajendra Singh says that for better treatment of seasonal diseases, instructions have been given to keep the departmental officers on alert mode and ensure proper management. Also, special OPDs will be operated for seasonal diseases in the big hospitals of the state. The leaves of medical staff and doctors have been cancelled. But they will be able to take leave only after permission in very urgent situations.
Doctors were asked to fulfill their responsibilities
The minister says that it is the responsibility of the hospital administration to visit the patients admitted in the hospital. Along with this, they should ensure that no patient faces shortage of medicines, beds and treatment. Apart from the medical staff, doctors should also be present in the hospital.
