What is the policy on transfer of third class teachers, know the answer of the Education Minister

Jaipur : BJP MLA Pabbaram Bishnoi raised the issue of transfer of third class teachers in the House. MLA Pabbaram Bishnoi said, is the government making a policy for the transfer of third class teachers. Education Minister Madan Dilawar gave a vague answer. Education Minister Madan Dilawar said that those who are 100% deaf and dumb and handicapped will be transferred wherever he says.

Thousands of teachers were deputed
Thousands of teachers have been deputed in Rajasthan. Those who have been deputed without any work have been cancelled. He said that those who are handicapped and sick, suffering from long-term illness, their deputation will not be cancelled. Education Minister Madan Dilawar did not say anything on the transfer policy of third class teachers.

The last transfers were done during Vasundhara Raje’s government

The previous Gehlot government had taken applications for the transfer of judges in 2021. But this entire process was put on hold. Applications were taken but teachers were not transferred. The last transfer of third class employees took place during the Vasundhara Raje government. Since then, the wait of teachers is increasing.

Many times policies and formats were made

1994: A committee was formed in 1994 under the chairmanship of former education secretary. This committee prepared the draft. But, the report could not be implemented.
1997-98: Efforts were made to bring a policy but nothing happened. This year separate instructions were definitely issued regarding transfer
2005: Guidelines were issued to provide relief in transfer of teachers.
2015-18: Another committee was formed along with the ministerial committee for transfers. But the format could not be implemented.
2020: A committee was formed in January. The committee submitted its report in August. But, it was not approved by the cabinet.
2024: Action to formulate policy regarding transfers is under consideration
