Jaipur : Candidates of programmer recruitment released by RPSC are being given different time for exam preparation. Candidates have opposed this. In fact, on 25 January 2024, RPSC released recruitment for 216 posts of Department of Information and Technology Programmer.
The commission took applications between February 1 and March 1. The exam date was announced on October 27. These candidates were given about nine months to prepare for the exam. After this, RPSC increased the number of posts for programmer recruitment on June 14, 2024, 105 days later. Advertisement was issued for 352 posts from 216. Online applications were taken till July 5. The number of posts increased by about 50 percent but the exam date was not extended. In such a situation, the candidates who applied in June-July got five months to prepare. The candidates have demanded to postpone the exam date.
