Jhunjhunu : the news is from Jhunjhunu district of Rajasthan. Kotwali police station has caught a young man who was roaming around as a fake DSP. He was threatening people. Seeing his shoes, the police got suspicious and he was caught. After a little interrogation, he spilled the beans. He told that he wore a fake uniform to impress his girlfriend and was showing off. However, now the police has arrested him.
Suspicious young man in police officer’s uniform
Kotwali police said that the accused’s name is Nishant. He is a 24 year old graduate but unemployed. His father is a farmer. He is a resident of Jhunjhunu district. Late on Tuesday night, he was sitting on a bike without number plate outside a garden in Kotwali area. During this time, he was questioning the people passing by and was trying to intimidate them. Someone informed the police control room that a young man is sitting in the uniform of a police officer and he looks suspicious.
Wore uniform to impress girlfriend
After some time, the PCR of Kotwali police station reached there. Sub Inspector Mulayam Singh asked him who he was. He replied that he was a DSP. The sub inspector asked him which area he was from, but he could not answer. He had a bag with him. In that bag were stars which are worn on the uniform. He was wearing black shoes which do not fit in the police uniform. He told that his girlfriend lives nearby. He is roaming around in this kind of getup to impress her. He has been arrested. The court has sent him on remand.
