Kota : Kota Ranger confiscated the tractor trolley of a youth accusing him of illegal gravel mining. The angry youth climbed the mobile tower installed in the village and threatened to commit suicide. Seeing him climbing the tower, a crowd of villagers gathered. This high voltage drama continued for 2 hours. After this the police assured him of returning the tractor trolley and then he got down from the tower. The incident took place at 12.30 pm on Sunday in Nimoda Harji village of Digod police station area of ​​Kota.

Returned the tractor and then got down

Digod police station SHO Ranjit Singh said – In the afternoon, Rohit (26), son of Vijay Singh, resident of Nimoda Hariji village, climbed the mobile tower. His allegation was that the Chambal Gharial Century official had forcibly confiscated his tractor. He was advised to get a tractor and he was taken down at around 2.30 pm. After this the tractor was returned to him. No complaint has been filed by anyone in the police station.

Climbed the tower and said – I will commit suicide

Rohit has made a video by climbing the tower. In this he is seen saying that Ranger Durgesh Kumar has caught my tractor. I was going to work in the field. They started taking me forcefully. Rohit is seen alleging in the video that he has been assaulted. I am going to commit suicide, the responsibility for this will be on the police and the DFO and ranger of Chambal Gharial Sanctuary.

Villagers said – there was no gravel in the trolley

According to the villagers present on the spot, the officials caught his tractor trolley around 11 am, accusing him of illegal mining in Chambal Gharial Sanctuary. Whereas he was returning after laying water pipes on someone’s farm in Nimoda Hariji village itself. The tractor trolley was empty. Despite that his tractor was caught. After this the young man climbed the tower and started threatening suicide.

DFO said- was involved in illegal gravel mining

Chambal Gharial Century DFO Sanjeev Sharma said that the tractor was involved in illegal mining. Seeing the team he emptied the gravel.
