Jaipur : State level common examination system has been implemented in government schools of Rajasthan. Half yearly examinations will start in all schools from 12th December. Exams will be held till 27th December. For this reason, holidays will probably be declared after December 27. Usually winter holidays start from 25th December.
Regular examinations will be held from 17th December
School level examinations will be held from 12th December to 16th December. There will be other practical exams like health education, moral education, social service. There will be examinations for regularly conducted subjects from December 17.
Question paper will arrive three days in advance
The same examination system will be applicable from class 9th to class 12th. However, this system will be applicable for 9th and 11th in the annual examination. Because, the examination of classes 10th and 12th will be under the board. On the other hand, question papers will be delivered to every district three days before the commencement of the examination. The DEO will decide whether they will be kept in police stations or PEEO schools. They will also be responsible for the security of question papers.

In case the question papers go viral on social media, the responsibility of the concerned Joint Director has been fixed. Question papers will not be kept in private schools under any circumstances. The papers will be kept in the police station.
