Jaipur : BJP held a meeting for the by-elections to be held on 5 assembly seats in Rajasthan. Today, on June 30, BJP state president CP Joshi called a brainstorming meeting for the by-elections of 5 assembly seats – Jhunjhunu, Dausa, Deoli Uniara, Khinvsar and Chaurasi. Separate brainstorming was held with local leaders and officials in the BJP office.
Discussion on the reasons for defeat in Lok Sabha
In the meetings, the reasons for the defeat in the Lok Sabha on these seats were discussed. The winning formula was also discussed. Former MP Kanak Mal Katara, Sushil Katara and other leaders were present in the meeting of Chaurasi assembly seat. Feedback was taken from Jyoti Mirdha and local officials regarding the Kheenvsar assembly seat.
Tickets will be given based on the feedback received at local level
It has been decided in the meetings that work should be done according to the strategy made in coordination between the government and the organization regarding the by-elections of the assembly seats. Ticket distribution should be done on the basis of feedback received from the local level.
BJP will convince the angry leaders
Apart from this, the angry leaders should be persuaded at the local level. The schemes of the Rajasthan government should be publicised before the by-elections. How all the local BJP leaders should unite and prepare for the elections. Apart from CP Joshi, Vijay Rahatkar and other officials attended the meeting.
On which five seats will the by-election be held
Dausa- Murari Lal Meena (Congress), Deoli Uniara- Harischandra Meena (Congress), Jhunjhunu- Brijendra Singh Ola (Congress), Khinvsar- Hanuman Beniwal (RLP), Chaurasi- Rajkumar Roat (BAP). Assembly elections were held on these five seats last year in 2023, in which BJP lost all five seats. The by-election is going to be very challenging for BJP. However, BJP has started preparations for the by-election. BJP has started making a master plan to win all the five seats.
