Who will get the ticket in Hanuman Beniwal’s stronghold Khinvsar? These contenders will give tough competition

Nagaur : the buzz of holding by-elections on six assembly seats including Khinvsar in the state has intensified. The Khinvsar Assembly seat of Nagaur became vacant after RLP MLA Hanuman Beniwal won the Lok Sabha elections. Now this seat has become a seat of prestige for RLP, while the ruling BJP is also leaving no stone unturned in preparing to win this seat.

Attempts to demolish the stronghold of ‘Hanuman’

After the creation of Khinvsar assembly seat, Hanuman Beniwal contested the election from here on BJP ticket in the year 2008 and defeated BSP candidate Durg Singh Chauhan by 24443 votes. The same situation prevailed in the elections of the year 2013. Although Beniwal contested as an independent in this election, he was elected as an assembly member by defeating BSP’s Durg Singh Chauhan for the second time by a margin of 23020 votes. In the year 2018, when Durg Singh Chauhan left the field, independent Beniwal defeated Congress candidate Sawai Singh Chaudhary by 16948 votes. After this, in the year 2019, Hanuman Beniwal formed his Rashtriya Loktantrik Party and formed an alliance with BJP and contested the Lok Sabha elections and became an MP. By allying his party with BJP on the Khinvsar seat, he fielded brother Narayan Beniwal in the election. He won by 4630 votes against Congress candidate Harendra Mirdha. In this election, Hanuman Beniwal defeated BJP’s Revantram Danga.

Why did the political equations of Kheenvsar change?

According to those who keep a close eye on Rajasthan politics, this time Congress and RLP can form an alliance on the lines of Lok Sabha elections to defeat BJP. But even in this, Govind Singh Dotasara is stuck, because recently Hanuman Beniwal had indirectly made a statement against Dotasara in a meeting. On the other hand, political analysts are also believing that if Congress and LLP form an alliance, then the alliance will suffer and BJP will take advantage of it. Let us tell you that Tejpal Mirdha, who was the Congress candidate in the last election, rebelled against the alliance of RLP and Congress in the Lok Sabha elections and joined BJP. In such a situation, he can cause huge damage to the alliance along with his supporters. Both RLP and Congress are afraid of this.

Half a dozen contenders in Congress

In Congress, Durgsingh Chauhan, former minister Harendra Mirdha’s son Raghavendra Mirdha, deputy district head Bindu Chaudhary, Pusharam Acharya, Narayan Singh Gotan, Rajendra Fidoda are also seen in the race for the ticket.
These names are being discussed in BJP

From the BJP side, the names of former MP Dr. Jyoti Mirdha, Revantram Danga, who was Hanuman Beniwal’s rival in the assembly, and RCA president and health minister Gajendra Singh Khinvsar’s son Dhananjay Singh are in the news.

Running from the capital to Delhi

Before the victory in the by-election is announced, the contenders for the ticket are continuously running from the state capital to Delhi. In the Rashtriya Loktantrik Party, the ticket supremo Hanuman Beniwal will decide it.

Khinvsar is a Jat majority seat

Talking about caste equations, the largest number of voters in Kheenvsar assembly constituency are Jat voters. After this, there are Scheduled Caste voters. There are more than one lakh 10 thousand Jat voters alone here. There are about 65 thousand Scheduled Caste votes. After this, Rajputs and Rawana Rajputs have about 30 thousand votes. Around 80 thousand votes are said to be of other castes including Brahmin, Suthar, Muslim, Rao, Bishnoi, Mahajan, Kumhar.
