The Congress government had imposed a ban on joining the RAS
Let us tell you that in 1981, the then Congress government in Rajasthan had imposed this ban on government employees. Under this, no government employee will be able to join the RSS organization nor will be able to be involved in their activities. During this time, in 1996, the Congress in the central government also banned all employees across the country from participating in the activities of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh. After this, PM Modi’s government issued an order on July 9 and removed this ban which was in place for years.
