Now Jain saints expressed opposition to offering Namaz
For the past several days, Hindu and Jain saints have been protesting against offering Namaz here. It is being claimed that here Hindu and Jain temple style can be clearly seen on the walls and pillars in the sanctum sanctorum. Let us tell you that many saints have been going here since the beginning of the year. After this he was also stopped by people of a particular community. In protest against this, people of Jain community across the country had also lodged objections with the administration.
Jain community of Rajasthan put this demand before the government
Deputy Mayor of Ajmer Municipal Corporation Neeraj Jain had also told the media that earlier there was a Jain temple here and also a Sanskrit school. Jain Maharaj Sunil Sagar ji told the proof of this during his stay there. The Mayor had also demanded the State and Central Government to survey it and return it to its present form. During that time, Jains had also said that religious activities would not be carried out here. It was also said that if something is done by a particular society with the intention of capturing it, then it should also be banned.
What is the hut of two and a half days
This two and a half day hut was built in 1192 AD on the orders of Afghan commander Mohammad Ghauri. Earlier there was a Sanskrit school and temple here which were demolished and later converted into a mosque. There is a marble inscription here which mentions that a Sanskrit school existed here. There are a total of 70 pillars in this mosque which belonged to temples and were demolished.
