In the investigation, two charges have been framed against Sabhapati Nagma Bano, among which one charge is interference of her father-in-law Tayyab Ali in the work of the Nagar Parishad and use of government vehicle.

A complaint has revealed that the Sabhapati’s father-in-law Tayyab Ali constructed an illegal commercial complex near Churu Road Three Dots Children School without the approval of the Municipal Council. Some part of the complex has been encroached upon the road outside the building line. This complaint was also found to be true in the investigation, after which on September 10, the DLB Director gave a clarification notice to the Municipal Council Commissioner, in which a reply was sought within three days. There is a possibility that Sabhapati Nagma Bano may be suspended in this case.
