Jaipur : Law Minister Jogaram Patel said that we have given only factual report and have not made any recommendations. The report has been prepared after listening to all the parties. He said that we have seen the investigation of SOG and heard the law department. Talked to the affected students. Have talked to the parents. We have also seen that there are many among them who have given the exam with hard work. There are some who have passed the examination incorrectly. He said that we have given the report after looking at all the aspects.
CM will decide on SI recruitment exam
He said that we could not take any decision, hence only the report was submitted. He said that all the members of the committee unanimously agreed and submitted their report to the CM. He said that the Chief Minister himself will take the decision whether to cancel the recruitment examination or not. This is not in my jurisdiction.
CM had formed a cabinet committee to investigate
Minister Jogaram Patel said that Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma had constituted a cabinet committee for a real investigation into the rigging in the SI recruitment examination. The Cabinet Committee heard all the parties. After studying all the aspects, all the members of the committee prepared the report. After this the report has been handed over to Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma.
RPSC member Babulal Katara arrested
SOG has arrested RPSC member Babulal Katara and former member Ramu Ram Raika in the SI recruitment exam paper leak case. Investigation revealed that Babulal Katara had given the teacher recruitment exam paper to Anil alias Shersingh Meena. Now its strings are being connected to SI recruitment exam. In the year 2024 March, SOG had arrested a trainee SI in the paper leak case in SI recruitment. After this, many more trainee SIs have been arrested in the paper leak case.
