Will the sub inspector recruitment exam of this state be cancelled, read this news

Jaipur : A fresh development has come to light in the context of the investigation of the paper leak in the Sub-Inspector (SI) Recruitment Examination 2021 conducted by the Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC). In this case, a letter has been sent to Home Minister Amit Shah demanding the arrest of the then RPSC Chairman Sanjay Shrotriya and cancellation of SI recruitment.

Two members of Rajasthan Public Service Commission arrested

According to sources, the Special Investigation Team (SOG) of Rajasthan Police has so far arrested more than three dozen trainee SIs and more than two dozen other persons who are accused of being involved in the paper leak case. Apart from this, the SOG has also arrested two members of the Rajasthan Public Service Commission. These arrests have made it clear that the role of the then RPSC Chairman Sanjay Shrotriya in the paper leak case cannot be ruled out, because in such cases the chairman has direct interference.

Letter sent to Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma

A letter has also been sent to the state Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma regarding this issue, demanding cancellation of the SI recruitment exam and arrest of the then RPSC chairman. This step indicates that serious efforts are being made to ensure transparency and justice in government recruitments. The process of administrative and legal investigation on this matter is going on fast. The Police Headquarters has also written to the Rajasthan government to cancel the exam. In this case, 30 more sub-inspectors are under investigation, who are absconding.

This is the advice of ADG of Rajasthan’s Special Operations Group

Let us tell you that regarding this entire incident, ADG Vijay Kumar Singh of Special Operation Group says that cheating on such a large scale in any recruitment in Rajasthan is like playing with the future of the children. We are getting to the bottom of this case. More arrests are yet to be made. The effort is to ensure that the children who have not cheated can remain involved in this recruitment. We are also giving continuous updates about the case to the Chief Minister. Whatever decision will be taken regarding the future of the examination will be taken at the Chief Minister’s level.
