Woman’s body found in semi-nude condition in Pali forest, suspicion of murder

Pali : Late on Monday night in a village of Rani police station area of ​​Pali district, the body of a 60 year old woman was found in the forest a little away from the village. The body was found in semi-nude condition. The ear tops of the dead body are said to be missing. On Tuesday, the family members of the deceased and people of the society are sitting on strike outside the mortuary of Nadol Hospital. They have demanded the arrest of the accused. The family told – in Rani police station area, the woman had left the house alone at 6 pm on Monday evening to collect the cattle grazing in the field. When she did not return home till late, the family started searching with the help of villagers. At 10.30 pm, the body of a woman was found lying in the bushes in the forest. The tops of the ears were missing.

On information, police teams reached the spot. Seeing the incident site and the dead body, the police believe that a robbery had taken place against the woman. There is also a possibility of atrocities. Due to darkness, the police took possession of the incident spot so that the MOB and FSL team could be called and evidence could be collected. The police believe that an acquaintance chased the woman after seeing her alone and raped her. To hide the crime, they looted the jewelery so that the case looked like robbery. Police is investigating on other angles.

SP formed 5 teams, different tasks

On receiving information about the incident, SP Chunaram Jat reached the spot at night. The SP gathered information about the incident from the family members of the deceased woman and the villagers. After this, CO Bali Rajesh Yadav along with Rani police station incharge Pannalal, Guda Endala, Bali, Khinwada, Falna police station incharge gave different tasks to the team and sent them off at night. A police team accompanied the villagers from the exit of the woman’s house to the spot. She was busy searching the route and locating the accused. The body of the woman has been kept in Busi Mortuary. PM will be there today.
