Sriganganagar : 19 women from Anupgarh region participated in the cooking competition organized for women at Aggarwal Dharamshala on Sunday and displayed their culinary skills. In the competition, women prepared different types of dishes, which were evaluated by the judges.
Chandni Singla first on making unique dishes
Chandni Singla won first place in the competition for her unique dish Bird’s Nest. Ragini Aggarwal won second place by making Dahi Bhalla, and Renu Golyan won third place with Idli Sambar. These winners were honored by the organizers with prizes, while other participants were given incentive prizes.
The women prepared various delicious dishes like Rajma Rice, Wheat Flour Halwa, Shahi Bread Roll, Paneer Tikka, Fried Idli, Pocket Pizza, Dal Bati Churma, Chilli Paneer, Dhokla, and Kadhi Khichda in the competition.
During the competition, special information on safe use of LPG and emergency measures was given by the Petroleum Department. Women were told ways to avoid accidents caused by cooking gas and tips to save gas.
