Lucknow, November 19 (IANS). The Yogi Adityanath government of Uttar Pradesh has started the work of accelerating the ongoing preparations on a large scale to make the Mahakumbh of 2025 a success. Organizing Maha Kumbh-2025 is not only important from the religious and cultural point of view, but is also a major effort to take the state’s tourism and global identity to new heights.
Keeping this in mind, Mahakumbh Conclave will be organized in New Delhi to give a glimpse of the intangible cultural heritage of Mahakumbh and to invite dignitaries and very distinguished people from the country and the world. Uttar Pradesh Tourism Department has started preparations for this and this one-day program will be organized on a grand scale in a five-star hotel in Delhi.
This program will be special in many ways because the visitors coming here will be able to enjoy the folk art and cultural flavor of Uttar Pradesh along with the tourism offerings, preparations and achievements being made by the Yogi government in Mahakumbh.
Mahakumbh is the world’s largest religious and cultural event, in which crores of devotees from all over the world participate. The Uttar Pradesh government has specially planned ‘Maha Kumbh Conclave’ for this event, which will be a unique interactive session. Through this, visitors will be provided an unforgettable experience through Indian culture, religious traditions and modern technologies.
Mahakumbh Conclave will set an example of cultural richness and administrative efficiency of Uttar Pradesh. The objective of this event is not only to promote religious tourism, but will also become a medium for branding the state at the global level. In the program, 3D models of 14 gems obtained from Samudra Manthan will be displayed and in the cultural evening, there will also be presentation of folk music and dance of Uttar Pradesh, which will enliven the spirituality of Mahakumbh.
Also, each guest will be provided with souvenirs symbolizing the cultural heritage of UP. There will be a gathering of 700 very special guests from all over the world in the event. High tea and dinner will also be organized in honor of the guests.

– Digital Display Zone: Animations depicting the story of Kumbh Mela, life of Naga Sadhus and Sanyasi of various Akharas and other religious aspects will be depicted on the big LED screen.
– 3D Model: The scenes of Triveni Sangam, Akshayavat and Samudra Manthan will be shown through 3D models.
– Modern Innovations: AI chatbots and multi-language translator devices will also be showcased to provide a seamless experience to international visitors.
– Tourism package information: Digital presentation of travel and accommodation facilities will be made. A setup of tent city and hotel rooms will be set up so that visitors can directly see the facilities available during Kalpavas.
– Digital Walk Through: A 10-minute virtual walk-through session will also be organized under the program through which visitors will be able to get information about different parts of the fair area.
