Yogi government’s new initiative, AI will also be helpful in intensive care of patients

Mahakumbhnagar, December 8 (IANS). This time very hi-tech arrangements are being made to take care of the devotees coming from India and abroad for the Maha Kumbh. As per the intention of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, Artificial Intelligence (AI) is being used in many areas this time to realize the dream of a healthy Mahakumbh and digital Mahakumbh.

In the same sequence, for the first time, high-tech AI messaging flow system is being used in the ICU of the hospitals being built in the fair area. This AI messaging flow system can understand the patient coming from any corner of the country or abroad and explain it to the doctor. Not only this, in case the condition of any patient admitted in ICU worsens, it will provide the facility to ensure medical arrangements by sending an alert to the doctors immediately. This type of technology is being used for the first time in Mahakumbh, which is in line with CM Yogi’s vision of a digital and healthy Mahakumbh.

Preparations are being made on war footing in the fair area for the influx of about 45 crore devotees in Mahakumbh. Along with a 100-bed central hospital, 10 more hospitals are being prepared in the entire fair area including Jhunsi and Arail to take care of the health of devotees and saints. Specialist doctors are being deployed on a large scale in these hospitals.

As per the intention of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, many new experiments are being done in the field of health to present the image of Uttar Pradesh in an ideal manner on the world stage through Mahakumbh. In this sequence, for the first time AI is being used to monitor the health of devotees. Its use will be important in the ICU of the hospital, which will act as a mediator between patients and doctors.

Nodal Medical Establishment, Mahakumbh Mela Dr. Gaurav Dubey said that the devotees will get this facility in the 10-bed ICU of the Central Hospital in Mahakumbhnagar. A special mic is being installed at the bedside of the patient admitted here, which will be equipped with high-tech AI technology. It will translate 22 regional and 19 international languages into Hindi or English in the blink of an eye. With this, there will be no language gap between doctors and patients and proper treatment facilities can be provided.

He said that apart from this, AI enabled cameras are also being installed in the entire ICU. This camera will keep an eye on the condition of the patients. Through these, a team of three senior experts will be able to monitor the ICU. Not only this, this camera will also be able to assess the condition of a patient and read it if he needs immediate doctor’s help. After reading this status, it will be immediately activated and generate a message, which will directly reach the team leader. After this, the patient will be able to get medical help within a few seconds.
