Bikaner : A case of rape of a minor by a youth selling blankets and sheets in Kotgate police station area was registered in Kotgate police station on Tuesday. According to the information, the father of a girl living in the police station area told the police that a person named Hitesh, a resident of Gujarat, got acquainted with his daughter. The accused youth raped her daughter a month ago.
Even on Sunday night, the accused took his daughter to Kadri Colony, where he raped her. The complainant father told that on Monday morning his daughter reached home and told about the incident that happened to her. Based on the report of the complainant, the police have registered a case against the accused Hitesh under the POCSO Act and got the minor medically examined.
