Sriganganagar : Rajasthan team has won the bronze medal in the 14-year old students category of the 68th National Handball Competition. Four players from Sriganganagar district participated in it. Pratham Yadav, Tanish Swamy, Bhuvnesh and Mannat joined the national team. In this, Tanish Swami led the Rajasthan team.
National Handball Championship was held in Mahasumudra Chhattisgarh from 25 to 29 November. In this, Rajasthan team won the bronze medal by defeating Delhi team by one goal. Earlier, the 68th State Level Handball Competition was held in Dungarpur for 14 years. In this, the team of Sri Ganganagar had won the gold medal.
