Barmer : Three absconding accused who were planning robbery in Balotra city have been arrested. The criminals were absconding for one and a half years. Earlier, the police had arrested 2 criminals. A Bolero camper, 5 bikes, sharp weapons were seized from the accused. SI Umesh Vishnoi of Balotra police station said – A team was formed at the police station level to arrest the three accused. The team raided different places using technology, information and traditional policing.
During this, the team detained accused Rakesh Kumar son of Dayaram, Mukesh alias Moda son of Laxmanram, both residents of Majisa Colony Balotra and Rahul alias Titu son of Dayaram resident of Harijan Basti Balotra. After interrogation, all three were arrested. There are 14 cases registered against accused Rakesh, 4 against Mukesh and 11 cases against Rahul. When the police searched the crime records of the three accused, they found 14 cases registered against Rakesh Kumar under different sections in Balotra and Siwana police stations. Four cases are registered against accused Mukesh alias Moda in Balotra and Pachpadra. There are 11 cases registered against Rahul alias Titu in Balotra police station alone. At present the police is interrogating the three accused.
