Bhuj : Three people were killed and one injured in a horrific road accident in Bhachau, Kutch district on Friday morning. The accident occurred when a speeding trailer coming from Radhanpur collided with a tractor-trailer carrying castor seeds to Bhachau market yard near Raymalbapani’s temple between Lakhadia-Samkhyali in Bhachau.
The impact of the collision was so strong that the tractor overturned along with its trolley. All three occupants of the tractor’s trolley, who were from the same village, were killed in the accident. The tractor driver sustained minor injuries.
The speeding trailer was coming from Radhanpur, while the tractor was going to Bhachau market yard carrying castor seeds. After the collision, the tractor-trolley overturned, killing the three occupants and injuring the driver.
The injured driver has been hospitalized for treatment. Lakhadia police have registered a case and are investigating the incident.
