Jaisalmer : 59 sheep of a cattle farmer of Kayam Ki Dhani of Khuiyala village of Jaisalmer were killed by a wild animal. Animal farmer Roze Khan was shocked when he got the information 2 days after the incident.
Due to the killing of 59 sheep at once, Roze Khan is facing a crisis of livelihood. At the same time, other cattle herders are also in panic due to this. Roze Khan, son of Sumar Khan, the cattle herder of Kayam Ki Dhani of Khuiyala village, said that he had a total of 72 sheep, which had gone towards the pasture near Khuiyala for grazing. When the sheep did not return even after two days, they started searching for the sheep. At a place about 3 kilometers away from Khuiyala, a large number of sheep were found dead, their bodies completely torn. Seeing this scene he was shocked.

Roze Khan feared that his sheep had been made prey by some wild animal. When Roze Khan counted the sheep, 59 out of 72 sheep were found dead. When the cattle herders of Khuiyala area came to know about this incident, fear spread among them also. Animal herders have appealed to the district administration to provide relief by locating the unknown wild animal. On receiving information about the incident, Patwari etc. inspected the spot and took information about the matter. Along with this, the team of Animal Hospital and Forest Department will also inspect the spot on Friday and investigate.
