A scary letter found in Rajasthan created a stir, security agency alert

Hanumangarh News Desk: There is panic in various cities of Rajasthan after receiving letters threatening to bomb railway stations. After this letter was found at Hanumangarh Junction Railway Station, police and security forces started a massive search operation. Railway stations of cities like Jaipur, Jodhpur, Bikaner, Sriganganagar, Bundi and Udaipur City were mentioned in the threat letter. The name of terrorist organization Jaish-e-Mohammed was also written in the letter, which has made this incident more serious.

Search operation started as soon as letter was received

The police administration took immediate steps and investigated the station premises in collaboration with the Railway Police. According to ASP Pyarelal Meena, as soon as the letter was received, the security forces started the search operation, but no suspicious object was found during the investigation. The police have registered a case against unknown persons in the GRP police station and the responsibility of investigation has been handed over to the DSP of Bikaner GRP.

This railway station also became famous in the country for ‘Khalistan Zindabad’

This is not the first time that Hanumangarh Junction has courted controversy. Last year, the station was also in the news after slogans like ‘Khalistan Zindabad’ were written on the wall. In that case, the police had arrested the accused, who told that they were doing this for money. In recent times, many schools and hospitals of the state had also received threatening letters, due to which concerns regarding security arrangements had increased. These incidents have forced the administration to remain alert. All citizens have been appealed to immediately report any suspicious activity to the police.
