Alwar : A big mistake of Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) has come to light in the trap action taken against the Home Guard Jawan. ACB has cancelled the action against the Jawan and filed a report against three people including the complainant in Shivaji Park police station. Two of these accused have been arrested. The search for the third accused is on. According to the information, Home Guard Jawan Sahjudin Khan is in the property business. Complainant Mehboob Ali, resident of Dohli-Ramgarh, has been evicted from the property by his father. The entire property was transferred in the name of Mehboob’s two brothers. Mehboob was demanding a share in the land, but his brothers sold the land. Sahjudin did the deal. Mehboob forbade Sahjudin from doing this deal, but he did not agree.
A conspiracy was hatched to trap the ACB
To trap Sahjudin in the trap of ACB, Mehboob hatched a conspiracy with his cousin Maqsoor and his friend Kapil, resident of Jatav Mohalla Nagar-Deeg. Mehboob gave a false complaint to ACB against Sahjudin for demanding bribe. Misleading the ACB, Kapil was presented as Sahjudin and the fake bribe demand was verified. Mehboob, Maqsoor and Kapil recorded the conversation of demanding bribe in the name of getting him recruited in the Home Guard. After this, Mehboob made a deal with Sahjudin for three plots of 450 square yards and called him outside the main gate of the court premises on Thursday afternoon to give him 30 thousand rupees as token money. There, he was trapped by the ACB by giving him 30 thousand rupees.
Suspicion arose when the voice did not match
During the trap operation, the conversation about the exchange of bribe money was recorded using a digital voice recorder. After listening to the recording, contradictory and suspicious facts came to light. On suspicion, the ACB investigated the matter, which revealed the wrong trap operation.
Home Guard jawan released, complainants handed over to police
After the whole case was revealed, the ACB cancelled its trap operation and released Home Guard jawan Sahjudin. Mehboob Ali and Kapil were handed over to the Shivaji Park police station and a case has been registered against all three.

-The recording was not heard immediately after the trap operation, although it contained a conversation regarding the sale of the plot.
