New Delhi, November 23 (IANS). The results of Maharashtra and Jharkhand assembly elections have come out. Mahayuti alliance has registered a spectacular victory in Maharashtra. Whereas Maha Vikas Aghadi (MVA) has faced defeat.
Meanwhile, former Congress leader Acharya Pramod Krishnam has attacked Congress over the crushing defeat in Maharashtra. He has said that Rahul Gandhi drowned due to the curse of the sadhus of Palghar.
Acharya Pramod Krishnam made several posts on social media platform X while reacting to the Maharashtra election results. In a post, he said, “Maharashtra has left no one even worthy of becoming the leader of ‘Opposition’. Rahul Gandhi drowned under the ‘curse’ of the ‘sadhus’ of Palghar.”
In a post, he congratulated Priyanka Gandhi Vadra on her victory in Wayanad. Acharya Pramod Krishnam said, “Hearty congratulations and hearty best wishes to Congress’s most popular leader Priyanka Gandhi on her victory in Wayanad.”
In another post, he said that while expressing condolences to the Samajwadi Party, he extended heartfelt congratulations to Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. Apart from this, he said in another post, “The curse of the saints has been washed away.”
Let us tell you that Mahayuti alliance has registered a spectacular victory in Maharashtra. Whereas Maha Vikas Aghadi (MVA) has faced defeat. Mahayuti alliance has won 236 seats, Maha Vikas Aghadi 48 and others four seats in the state. Let us tell you that there are 288 assembly seats in Maharashtra, and 145 seats are needed for majority. The Mahayuti alliance has won more seats than the majority mark.
