Acid attack on Sub Inspector of Narcotics Department in Pratapgarh, two people arrested

Pratapgarh : Police have arrested a girl and her friend in connection with the deadly acid attack on a Sub Inspector of Narcotics Department in Pratapgarh on Thursday. The police have seized the acid bottle used in the crime, the weapon fitted with a nail on wood and the bike. Kotwali police station officer Deepak Banjara said that Mahendra Singh Sisodia, resident of Mandsaur, Madhya Pradesh, registered a case on Thursday that his son Harshvardhan Singh is posted as Sub Inspector in the Central Narcotics Bureau in Pratapgarh. Today he received information that his son is posted in Pratapgarh. Admitted to a private hospital where he was fatally attacked, he immediately reached the private hospital in Pratapgarh where his son was admitted.

She told that in the afternoon, Khushi Rao, a resident of Pratapgarh, had called her near Bagwas. Here Khushi Rao sat on the back seat of the car with a bag. Harshvardhan Singh, who was driving the car, had some apprehension that the car would A young man, Priyanshu, who was Khushi’s friend, was following him and both of them were chatting on mobile. During this, Khushi took out a weapon with nails on wood from her bag and attacked Harshvardhan on the chest. When he shouted, the girl threw acid on him. As soon as he stopped the car and got down, Priyanshu, who was coming behind him, tried to crush him with his bike.

During this, Priyanshu collided with the rear part of the car and got injured. Later, people who reached the spot took Harshvardhan to the hospital. After investigation, police have arrested Khushi Rao and his friend Priyanshu Rathore in this case. Banjara said that investigation revealed that Priyanshu and his friend Khushi Rao together called Harshvardhan near Bagwas in a planned manner and committed the crime. Police have seized the mobile phones of the accused. The FSL team also inspected the incident site closely, seized acid bottles, weapons and the bike used in the crime from the spot. Police is engaged in further investigation of the case.
