Dr. Manish Saini is a physiotherapist. Running their family on limited income. Regarding writing a letter to the Collector, Dr. Manish Saini said- I had installed a 10KV solar panel 5 months ago under the government scheme. Only my wife and I live at home. But even after this, the electricity department continues to send huge bills. Dr. Manish told that I and my family are deeply troubled by the huge electricity bills. In the last 4 months, I informed the electricity department about my problem several times. Complaint was also given in writing. But, they are not taking any action.

Dr. Manish further said that the employees of electricity department involved in corruption – JEN, AEN and linemen do not pay any attention to the common man. When I complained, they started scaring me. Threatening them they started saying that it is our government and we will get your connection disconnected. Finally, Dr. Manish, fed up, wrote a letter to the Collector requesting him to allow me to euthanize, so that I could be saved from this mental torture.
Solution reached after death wish letter
When the matter came into limelight demanding euthanasia from the Collector, the Electricity Department immediately came into action. Then the matter was investigated and after investigation the bill of Rs 30094 was reduced to Rs 7 thousand. The electricity connection of the house of physiotherapist Dr. Manish Kumar Saini is in the name of his wife Manisha Saini.

After the case, the department came into action and SE Mahesh Tibra got the bill rectified by getting the matter investigated. Dr. Saini alleged that a game of bribery is going on in the department.
