Jaipur News Desk: Cold is now being felt in North India including Rajasthan. For the last two days, there has been dense fog in the morning hours in many districts of Rajasthan. Apart from this, fog along with mist was also seen in some districts. The air was poisonous in many districts of Rajasthan on Monday. Bhiwadi district has been one of the most polluted cities of Rajasthan. AQI crossed 400 in Bhiwadi. At the same time, 248 AQI was recorded in Jaipur also. The Meteorological Department has predicted dense fog for the next 3 days in many districts including Sikar and Churu.
Dense fog remained in many areas
At the same time, on Monday, there was fog in many areas of Sikar and Neemkathana districts of Rajasthan in the morning for the second consecutive day. Dense fog was seen in Srimadhopur and surrounding areas. Due to which the drivers had to face some trouble and were seen traveling with headlights on in the morning itself. With increasing cold in many districts, pollution levels have also increased. AQI was recorded above 400 in Bhiwadi, Churu and Jhunjhunu on Monday. Shekhawati region has been most affected by pollution. At the same time, AQI crossed 200 in total 12 districts of Rajasthan on Monday. At the same time, the cleanest air was recorded in southern Rajasthan. The Meteorological Department has issued warnings for many areas of Rajasthan. There is a possibility of dense fog in Ganganagar, Hanumangarh, Sikar, Churu, Jhunjhunu, Bikaner for the next three days.
