Ajmer : Maharishi Dayanand Saraswati University has started the application process for the main examinations of UG, PG and professional courses in the year 2025. Around 3 lakh students are likely to sit in it. Regular and self-study students of UG Sem-1, BA, B.Com, B.Sc etc. courses will be able to apply till December 23 along with the normal fee. The date has been fixed from 24th to 30th December with a late fee of Rs 100. Applications can be made from 31st December to 8th January 2025 with a late fee equal to the examination fee. Similarly, online applications for PG courses have also started. For the first time, B Pharma and D Pharma courses have been started by the university. Both these courses are currently being run in the university campus only. Admissions were done on 60-60 seats in both the courses. In such a situation, the examination of 120 candidates will be held for the first time. This course will be introduced in the examination forms for the first time. All other routine courses will continue as before. Apart from this, the skill intensive course SEC examination will also be held for the first time in UG Semester-3 of NEP. The university has to take two types of examinations
The university has to conduct two pattern examinations. The first of these is the old pattern annual examination. Along with this, the second examination is to be conducted under semester system. According to official sources of the university, out of approximately 3.50 lakh students, 50 thousand students will be included in PG courses and around 25 thousand students will be included in professional courses. Whereas in UG courses, maximum 2 lakh 75 thousand students will appear in the examination.
Marksheet will remain in DigiLocker
The university is also going to make arrangements that the marksheets and other certificates of the candidates remain safe in DigiLocker. Keeping this in view, clear details of the students are also being sought. The data of UG Part First Regular Student for Exam 2025 is being uploaded by the respective college on the university website.
The name of the candidate will be filled as per his Apar ID and father’s name, mother’s name and other information will be filled as per Senior Secondary. The University has also made it clear that if there is any discrepancy in these, candidates will not be able to fill the application form. It is also necessary to fill the unique mobile number of the candidate. Data should be locked only after uploading and checking the file. Only after locking, the regular candidates of the concerned college can fill the examination application. Student data can be uploaded till 23rd December.
