Art of Living Seminar organized at Sikar Matrix School

Sikar News Desk: Art of Living seminar was held at Matrix High School, Gokulpura. In this, the team including Nitin Kumar, Dimple Kumari from the Art of Living Institute gave tips to the students on the art of living and staying stress free. During this, singer Saurabh Kumar, a member of Art of Living, entertained the children by giving performances.

Information about the three-day program to be held next week was also given. In this, students will be taught the art of living a stress-free lifestyle. The management team and all the teachers of Matrix Institute were also present. Principal of the organization Rajshree Sihag expressed gratitude to the members of Art of Living.
