Jaipur : Bhajan Lal government has opened the box of jobs for women after the cabinet meeting. Now it has been decided to give 33 percent reservation to all women of Rajasthan in police recruitment. Apart from this, the Police Subordinate Service Rules Amendment has been approved in the cabinet meeting. At the same time, it has been decided to give pension to the relative on the death of a government employee.
Minister Jogaram Patel gave information about the decisions
After the cabinet meeting, Deputy CM Prem Chand Bairwa and Parliamentary Affairs Minister Jogaram Patel informed about the decisions in a press conference. In the press conference, the cabinet minister said that in the meeting we took decisions for women and the disabled. The Police Subordinate Service Rules Amendment has been approved in the cabinet. Minister Jogaram Patel said that in the meeting decisions were taken for women empowerment, elderly people and the disabled.
Jogaram Patel said that on the death of a specially abled government employee, his close relatives will also be included among the dependents. Any one of the employee’s parents, brother or sister will be able to get pension.
Reservation for sportspersons in government jobs
In the press conference, it was told that 2% reservation will be given to sportspersons in government jobs. He said that the way talents are winning medals every day in sports, the government has decided to give 2% reservation in government services to encourage sports talent, its benefit will be available in all categories of service. Jogaram Patel said that recruitment will be done on one lakh posts this year. He said that the transfer policy for teachers is being considered at various levels of the government.
It is not possible to reorganize RPSC
On the statement of Congress leaders regarding reorganization of RPSC by appointing new members, Jogaram said that it is a constitutional body and it is not possible to reorganize it. Congress leader Sachin Pilot should himself explain how it can be reorganized and under which rules? Along with this, regarding the matter of cancellation of SI recruitment exam, he said that many children get jobs by working hard and honestly, in such a situation it is not possible to cancel the exam.
In the press conference, the minister also attacked Congress state president Govind Singh Dotasara. The minister said about Dotasara that he is a big-mouthed leader. At the same time, regarding the ongoing discussion on the formation of new districts in Rajasthan, the minister said that the previous government worked against the rules on the new districts. Our government will take a decision as per the rules, the committee is doing its work.
