If even the government ministers are not heard, then who will listen to the public?
State Congress President and Rajya Sabha MP Singh said that elections are going on in the neighboring state of Jharkhand and Prime Minister Narendra Modi is continuously violating the Model Code of Conduct by making announcements in the middle of elections from Bihar to Jharkhand.
