Bundi News Desk: After the murder of an elderly man sleeping peacefully in his house in Rajasthan, sensation has spread in the entire area. This case is from Bundi district, where an elderly farmer was attacked with sharp weapons and killed in Gothra village of Dablana police station area. The miscreants also looted the jewellery and cash kept in the farmer’s house. The murder spread sensation in the village. On receiving the information, Dablana police station reached the spot and called FSL, MOB and dog squad team and collected evidence from the spot. The family members of the deceased have expressed suspicion of murder after robbery, on which the police has formed three separate teams. The accused is being searched by the police.

Dablana police station in-charge Manoj Singh Sikarwar said that on the information of the villagers, they reached Gothra village of Bundi. Where 65-year-old Gothra resident Girdhari Lal Saini lived alone in a room on the upper terrace of a house in the town. When people could not see him, the nearby neighbors searched for him. When some people tried to go to the house on the upper terrace, the door was locked from inside. When other neighbors went to the roof and looked, Girdhari Lal was seen lying soaked in blood in the verandah of the house on the upper terrace.
The Dablana police station and the family members were informed about this incident. The Dablana police team reached the spot and inspected the crime scene. They said that the deceased had injuries on his head and marks of a sharp weapon on his neck. The senior officials were informed about the murder incident. The dog squad team and FSL team also reached the spot and evidence was collected.
Post mortem of the dead body of the deceased
The elderly’s family member Banwari told that the elderly was alone at home. No member was present at home. The deceased’s wife had gone to her daughter’s in-laws’ house to meet her for the last 8 months. Son Mohan Saini lives with his wife and children in a house built on the farm. Gold earrings were found in the deceased’s ears and silver bangles were found on his hands. There was cash worth 8 lakhs in the house and jewellery which was found missing. At present, the body has been handed over to the family after conducting a post-mortem.
