Bundi four vicious interstate cyber thugs arrested, three minors detained

Bundi : Cyber ​​​​Crime Police Station Bundi and Karwar Police Station have taken major action against cyber fraud on Tuesday under Operation Antivirus. Police have arrested four vicious interstate cyber thugs. Three minors have been detained there. Police have seized eight mobile phones, two ATM cards, three motorcycles and cash worth Rs 11,000 from the accused. The police have produced the accused in the court, from where they have been sent to jail.

Karwar police station officer Devkaran Jat said that a raid was conducted on Monday in Mani village of the police station area, in which three minors including Vikas (20), Prakash (26), Ram Lakhan (26) and Dinesh (25) were detained while committing cyber fraud. Went and their mobile phones were confiscated and examined. The accused were found forming different groups on social media, connecting people from other states including Rajasthan, giving them attractive offers and luring them of returning the amount by increasing the amount manifold. Various online transactions were found in the accounts of the accused. The accused used to commit cyber fraud by getting money deposited from people through various methods. Then, with the money defrauded from people, he used to fulfill his big hobbies including expensive cars. At the same time, the accused also used to cheat in the name of trading in the share market, which is called online betting or Satka Matka. Such vicious cyber thugs are called tippers in rural areas.

Freeze or hold the amount of about five hundred and fifty accounts

Bank accounts associated with cyber thugs or tippers of Karwar area are either frozen or their funds are on hold. Many poor and laborers are facing problems in their bank accounts. The number of such accounts in Indragarh-based State Bank of India, including Karwar-based Bank of Baroda and Indian Post Payment Bank, is around five hundred and fifty, which also includes innocent people who have become victims of cyber frauds.
