Bundi Municipal Council President Madhu Nuwal suspended on charges of occupying government land, a big connection with BJP has come to the fore

Bundi : Bundi Nagar Parishad President Madhu Nuwal has been suspended on Thursday on charges of misusing her position, encroaching on government land and taking undue advantage by conspiring with other council employees. Following the order of the Director and Joint Secretary of the Local Self Government Department, she was also suspended from the post of Ward Councilor.

Nuwal rejected all the allegations against her, saying that the land in dispute was never in her or her husband’s name. She claimed that the allegations and suspension against her were an act of political vendetta by her rivals.

On this issue, former minister Ashok Chandna has criticized the BJP by tweeting. He tweeted, ‘Removing the woman chairperson of Bundi Nagar Parishad, Mrs. Madhu Nuwal ji, who was elected to a constitutional post through a democratic process, in an undemocratic manner is a grave insult to the people of Bundi. The fear of the BJP is clearly visible, the people will answer them at the right time.’
