ASI Paparam of Luni Police said that the bus was going from Samdari Ranideshapura to Vyas Hospital, Mogada to provide eye treatment to the patients. As soon as the bus reached Dudiya village, the bus driver lost control when a Nilgai suddenly appeared in front. The bus went off the road and collided with a barricade. It was fortunate that the bus stopped after hitting the barricade, otherwise a major accident could have happened. There were 15 to 20 people in the bus. After the accident, all the patients got down from the bus scared and nervous. The driver, assistant and some patients were injured in the accident. After the information, Luni police and ambulance reached the spot. Medical personnel who brought an ambulance from the hospital treated the injured.
